It is our aim to ensure that you are delighted with every order however we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item.
You have up to 28 days to return your items but please note you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Then simply include the returns note in your package and ship back to the address below within 14 days following your notification of the return. The return is at your own expense.
All products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the product. Should you decide to return your products, Marie-Chantal will not accept products returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status i.e. worn or damaged.

Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will then be processed.
N.B. Goods bought on the Marie-Chantal website cannot be returned to stores or stockists.
If you would like to exchange an item please contact our customer service team here email@example.com and they will provide you with a free shipping code to purchase your preferred style/size. The return of the unwanted item to our warehouse will be at your own expense.
If you have received a gift from someone and it does not fit please contact customer services on 0808-168-0023.
N.B. If you return the item without contacting us first it is likely the sender will be notified of the return.
After speaking to customer support and on receipt of your item/s back into our warehouse you will be issued with a gift code to the value of the returned item/s. This code must be used in one single transaction and you will be subject to delivery charges & £0.01 handling charge.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund, at our expense. Marie Chantal will provide a pre-paid shipping label to expedite the return. Alternatively if you wish to post the item sooner please forward a copy of the receipt for delivery so we may reimburse you.
