Easy Christmas Tree Ornament DIY


When bells are chiming and tinsel is sparkling along and around the 6ft fir tree in your living room, why not detract the children from your snack cupboards and their gaming consoles this Holiday with this easy to do Christmas tree ornament? From BRIT&CO, this creative craft recycles leftover and unused Christmas cards to transform into unique gems on your tree this Christmas.

What you will need:

- BRIT&CO template printable 

- String

- Christmas cards of your choice 

- Scissors

- Pencil

- Glue / Double-sided tape

Here comes the fun part, the assembling!

Step 1:- Print the BRIT&CO template here.

Step 2:- Cut out the template.

Step 3:- With the two individual smaller triangles, trace around six times inside the Christmas cards and cut. 

Step 4:- Fold along the dotted lines.

Step 5:- Arrange the triangles against the template, glue in place and carefully pierce a hole through the template and the card.

Step 6:- String some string through the hole.

Step 7:- Glue the tabs together or alternatively, use double sided tape. 

Step 8:- Decorate rooms or the Christmas tree with this ornament gems!
