INTRODUCTION
The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between you and Marie-Chantal Ltd. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received and accepted. A contract between you and Marie-Chantal Ltd. for the sale of our products only exists once an order has been placed. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The chosen delivery charge will be added to your order value. Note that we are unable to offer gift wrapping on sale items.


Special Offers & Promotions
Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, unless stated otherwise. If a promotion is only valid for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include delivery or the cost of a gift box.

Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Items purchased over the weekend or on UK bank holidays will be sent out the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Each order is assigned a Tracking Number to track your order.

 

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Returns and Exchanges 
If you wish to return items for a refund or an exchange, please follow the outlined Returns Procedure as stated below. Full priced products must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original tags attached within 28 calendar days of receipt. Marie-Chantal Ltd will not accept returns of products that have been worn, used and/or original tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the product(s) returned to the customer. Sale products must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original tags attached within 14 calendar days of receipt. Marie-Chantal Ltd will not accept returns of products that have been worn, used and/or original tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the product(s) returned to the customer. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund hosiery, hair accessories or custom jewellery. If a refund has been requested, we will finalise within 5 working calendar days. During promotional seasons, your request may take longer than usual. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to reappear in your account. All goods purchased via our website or telephone must be returned to our warehouse address only. Goods purchased via our website or by telephone may not be returned to any of our stores under any circumstances. If you request an exchange, please clearly state your intention on the supplied Returns Form with the appropriate colour, size and item name. Please send all returns to:
