When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

How will you ship my order?

Parcels are dispatched via UPS who deliver Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30.pm and will require a signature upon delivery. This does not apply to bank holidays. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address. In the event no one is available to sign, UPS will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange a more convenient date for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Changes of address will need to be made with UPS directly using your tracking number.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your order is dispatched you will be emailed a dispatch confirmation. This email will include the tracking number for your parcel which you can track via the UPS website www.ups.com

Please note we cannot ship orders to a PO Box Address.


I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL?

If you have received a dispatch confirmation email but have not received your package, it is possible there was no one home when delivery was attempted. Please track your parcel using the tracking code in your dispatch email and you may find it is at an access point very nearby where you can collect it.

If you have not received a dispatch email please contact us at customersupport@mariechantal.com where we will be able to help you.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY IF I AM PURCHASING FROM ABROAD?

Any import customs tax and duty (if any) will be payable by you. the customer, on items shipped outside the EU.


How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled by emailing us at customersupport@mariechantal.com. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched, therefore goods must be returned using our returns policy.

How long do I get to return my Item?

You have up to 28 days to return your items but please note you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item/s. You then have a further 14 days to ship the item back to us. The return is at your own expense. All items must be returned unused with all original tags and packaging. Marie-Chantal Ltd. will not accept items that have been worn or soiled or if the tags have been removed.

Please return items purchased on sale within 7 days of receipt. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

How do I return damaged or faulty goods?

All items are carefully checked before being dispatched, they are packed within a shipping box, protective cardboard sleeve and handed to UPS in perfect condition.

Should your item reach you in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. The returned shipping costs of your damaged items will be reimbursed by Marie-Chantal Ltd.

Where do I return my products?

Marie-Chantal Ltd. is not responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is found to be faulty. Marie-Chantal Ltd. is also not responsible if items are lost in transit; we suggest you obtain a stamped ‘certificate of posting’ form or a receipt and retain it as proof of postage.

Once a product has been returned, Marie-Chantal Ltd. will examine the item and if deemed faulty a refund will be provided. Please include a copy of the receipt for delivery so we may reimburse you.

Can I return an item in a store?

We are sorry, but unfortunately goods bought on the Marie-Chantal website cannot be returned to stores or stockists.
