Sylvana Ward Durrett is the Co-Founder & CEO of Maisonette. She started her career at American Vogue as Executive Assistant to Anna Wintour and swiftly ascended through the ranks during her 14-year tenure, eventually taking charge as the Director of Special Projects. With her extensive background she teamed up with fellow Vogue alum, Lusiana Mendoza Roccia, in 2017 to launch Maisonette: a carefully curated children’s marketplace for quality products of every kind. Their inspiration came after both starting families and experienced frustration due to the lack of one-stop shopping destinations. 

Sylvana, her husband, and their three kids live in Brooklyn, along with their two mischievous labs.
